– Move In/Out Cleaning: This service is extremely thorough top to bottom, designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. This service includes: Deep clean glass & mirrors, remove spots from surfaces, scrub down & detail baseboards, clean inside windows, clean window sills, detail blinds, clean inside of appliances, clean inside cabinets, deodorize, scrub down the showers & toilets with high-quality chemicals.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with each cleaning you receive from us. We have built our business providing our clients with the best possible service available, still, we realize that we are human, things will from time to time get missed. If you are not absolutely delighted with the cleaning, we will re- service the area within 24 hours of notification for free.
Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster. The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, not putting things in their places. “It’s best if people pick up or straighten up their items,” like toys and clothes. Payment is due at time of service. we accept cash, zelle ,check if you choose zelle we will send you a invoice when the service is done… Payment with credit is card is a option upon request … if you decide to pay cash or check we request the customer to leave it in the envelope with customer’s name and named to Special Touch Cleaning.

Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day. While others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive superior housekeeping service – guaranteed!
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. 1. You may give us a key however we will leave it at a lock box at your residence. 2. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning. 3. You can give us the code to the garage. 4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 48 hours before your next scheduled service to avoid cancellation fee charges. We provide the equipment & professional grade chemicals needed to thoroughly clean your home at first time cleaning or deep cleaning …. after the first time cleaning the customer will receive a list of cleaning supplies that we require we will always provide vacuum/mop/rags… If you require us to use green cleaning products, please let us know before we start the service.
Yes! We love those adorable fur babies. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our cleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet. One of the requirements to be a housecleaner with us is that you love animals .
